if anyone has a shot at beating them, it might as well be Boston. We match up pretty well with them. In theory we can limit them with defense. Obviously, we'd need to force Curry to have a bad game and not let any of their other players step up. But I mean... Golden State is due to lose at some point.
For all you folks who like to whine about the refs... get ready with your tin hats and pitch forks. This game isn't nationally televised. If Golden State can win the next 5, it sets them up to tie the all-time win streak on national television Christmas day vs LeBron James, Kyrie Irving (expected to return before then) and the Cavs (23 + the 4 they won at the end of last season equals 27... if they win the next 5 it's 32. Longest streak is the 71 Lakers with 33). I'm sure they'll rake it in regardless, but if there was ever a time to give Golden State a little ref nudge, these next 5 games would be the time. I imagine with that win streak in play, that Christmas Day game might challenge for the most watched regular season NBA game ever, right?
