beat houston last night, they lost their rookie over the weekend to a broken ankle out at least 10 weeks-they are now up to six wins and 15 losses
they are no pushovers as long as brook lopez stays healthy-

they seem to jus gave the rockets' number. a third of their total wins has been against that team. and ya, they are not a team to be taken lightly regardless of record. but it will hurt them in the long run not to have their best perimeter defender.

Actually they could be the worst team.....IF

No other team was tanking ......76ers and Lakers .....if these teams recruited vet good players like they COULD and played like they WANT to win ...GM and Coaches are at fault ..not the players ....thus the NBA needs to step in.

Again .......the Celtics are victims of the tanking teams  hurting the picks .   Teams that play hard all season are punished by teams giving up , to,short cut the NBA welfare system.

The Nets have nothing to TANK for .....so,they are play n ball ......and aren't so bad as the actual tankers teams.

Nets are an example of HOW basketball could be played without the stupid tanking / socialism problem the NBA has created .

All points to the NBA needing to fix the Lottery so teams will not be inclined to TANK on purpose.

I think they are playing well and I figure that that draft pick will end up in the 4-8 range. Having said that, the victories against Houston concern me less than the others. The Rockets are a God-awful mess.

Yep the Nets aren't the worst team in the league but I don't take anything that happened last night as an indicator of anything. The Rockets are a joke

We need Lopez to go down. He's injury prone, let hope he tweaks an ankle. Brooklyn's starting 5 isn't really that bad, if you can get JJ to play. Philly and LA are a lock at the 1 and 2 draft spots and that's about it.

What's up with Houston? On paper they have a great team, but are terrible.

Brooklyn is still not playing well.  They've gone 5-6 over 12 games, but managed to have been outscored by 52 points over that span.  These things even out.

Yup.  They also played a team last night that is teetering on becoming an unmitigated disaster.  Not much to take from there.
