His biggest problem shooting is confidence like somebody said.  But I the reason he is so awkward on his finishes on drives, in addition to footwork and ballhandling, is a lack of quickness, explosion, and athleticism in general.  He takes weird shots because he drives in slow motion and never really gets by the defense.  If he gets by his man someone else usually gets in his way near the rim.  I don't get why some people think he is such a good athlete.  He's not.

He is quick and is quite athletic, but he doesnt have good handles and lacks finesse around the basket, that is why his drives tend to go and look that way.
For an NBA 2 or 3 I don't see him as being quick or athletic at all.  He is young and has an athletic looking body with long arms. But his first step looks as slow as molasses and even when his ballhandling is adequate on a drive he has a very hard time losing his defender.

I don't disagree, although it's difficult to tell if some of that is based on indecision as opposed to athleticism.  It's tough to get where you're going quickly when you're trying to remember where to go.

I'm glad he's gotten meaningful minutes the past two games.  That said, I'm still not high on him, and am hopeful he doesn't get much time on Friday.  He has the potential to help the Warriors score a lot of points.

Not much in the box score for James last night, but once again he was part of an effective lineup In the first part of the fourth and last part of the third that took the lead back for Boston and then took them to their biggest lead of the game.

Excellent body, great balance. I think he'll have a long career.

He didn't hurt the team against the Bulls.    So hopefully he is no longer lost on the court and a liability .

Needs to transfer some of that hot shooting from Maine to Boston.

His biggest problem is that he's a shooter who hasn't learned how to get himself open. He has a good shot but he's going to shoot a poor percentage if all his shots are contested.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
