Wizards really need a big man help they lose again
i think zeller deserves a playing time, and as looking for teams that has potential to be better after all-star break...i think zeller can be used as a 3rd big or a back-up big in washington
gortat/zeller
or
gortat/nene/zeller

not bad at all
lets give zeller a better home where he could play even 10 to 15min a game

They just signed Ryan Hollins. There were some similar threads about this a few days ago.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

zeller must be kept, lee goodbye, johnson one sprain away, sullinger weight and ko length-whats wrong with having a very good backup for years to come
hits mid range, runs the court, nice touch around basket and hits his foul shots-seems to me a very valuable player as backup center-

I'd throw in one of the late 1sts we have along with Zeller and try to get Oubre from them.

I believe the consensus in the other thread was Zeller and Young for Oubre. If there was any reasonable way to get Porter, I would jump on that, too.

I'll take Porter, as he's ready to contribute defensively. But Oubre I'll pass, since we're already dealing with his twin with James Young.

Oubre is the player to target, if any. The Wizards are Wall, Beal, and Porter. Those are the three players they would not trade without a seriously high level player coming back.

They would need something that will help them now and something that could develop later. Zeller and Hunter would be an interesting offer.

If Nene is seriously breaking down, something like Lee and Young for Nene and Oubre would be a hard sell but they might consider it.

Nothing from Washington really excites me. They don't need an expiring cause they aren't really cash strapped so you can't add Lee in a bigger deal. We have too many picks as is so I wouldn't trade Zeller for a pick. Hang onto Zeller until a better deal presents itself in Jan or Feb.
