I think he is wearing a collared shirt.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Where's Young? I can't believe the younger guys are getting in before him. I don't think Stevens is a big fan of Young.
I believe Young is still the youngest player on the team.

Still, I think it says a lot that he's given JJ minutes at the 3 over Young right now, especially with Rozier and Hunter playing.
not really -- says the same thing everyone's mentioned -- Young was passed on the depth chart by Hunter as early as summer league.  Rozier is a PG so his minutes aren't in competition with Young's. Jerebko's a vet and not going to be benched in favor of Young who'd D is somewhat lacking at this point

Even in  garbage time with a 35+ point lead? I don't see how that is.
better question to ask -- did Young even suit up?

Who?

 :)

I'm pretty sure I saw him dressed. If not, that would explain why he didn't play.  :P

According to the box score he did, and got a DNP - coaches decision.  He's not listed as inactive either.

Why do the Celtics do this? One week they are struggling to beat the worst teams in the league and the week after their crushing their playoff competitors in the conference. Why can't they stick to one pathway. Either tank or destroy!

C's needed this type of win, the way they've been playing.

a fun game to watch. a work of beauty, as opposed to the previous game.  ::)

Any one know what's up with Rodney Rodgers? Kinda weird he's not getting any burn tonight. Usually does well against the Bullets.

Dude is paralyzed

just checked this out on wikipedia... holy Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline....

The thing about this team is... when they are locked in and focused, they can hang with any team in the league.  There's 11 NBA-caliber players on this roster + 4 prospects (Rozier, Hunter, Mickey, Young) that could potentially develop into rotation players with minutes.   They can play most teams tough and sneak some victories against superior teams.

But there's no stand-out talent.  They can never afford to coast.  If they slip, they'll get crushed even if the opponent is the Brooklyn Nets.  They'd probably always lose a 7 game series against a team with superior talent, because talent always wins out in this league.

The good news is that half our team could get injured, and it wouldn't make a big difference.   This is the type of team that can afford to trade 6-for-1 without it hurting too much.

No way we lose to the Nets this year in a 7 game series. We beat then in 6.

had we lost tonight, it would have been really depressing.

A 30 point win is always a boost, Orlando here we come  :police:
