rj hit his first shot, very smooth and then nice pocket pass that lee fumbled should have been a beautiful play with a finish
rj then hit a confident floater that got taken away on a flop defender barelybarely got touched-if he even was-
his defence was good for his first nba game with those long arms he was active-
looked very comfortable on the court
rozier tried to get to hoop but didn't get any calls-

Even for a "rookie call" that one was horrible. Not only was the defender still shuffling his feet well after RJ elevated, but the contact barely happened and was super late.

I agree, he was robbed.   I guess the crackdown on flopping is over.

I thought it was the turning point of the game.

it was a bad call but the C's made a number of bad plays and missed open shots that resulted in them being in that tight of a game.

would have been great if the play was called right but it wasn't the reason we lost.  did like RJ's contributions last night.  kid looks like he's going to be a really solid player

RJ looked good overall out there, probably why Brad gave him a few more minutes than I expected.  He looked a lot more comfortable than Rozier, though it helps when you don't have to handle the ball as much.

I agree. Hunter BBIQ came into play slowing the game down for him, and he didn't force to many things. Just player really smooth, and his D is better than people were saying. I don't think he needs to be lock down to be a starter as long as his offense is producing.

Rozier is a speed demon with the ball, and right now the game is going faster than he can handle. You see the potential, but he needs to shift it back into third until he gets better handle on the game. He had a couple nice moves, and second chance opportunities because he goes at it, but fumbled those opportunities.

Hunter looks like a nice pick up.

yeah it was a flop but refs call that regularly. If a guy is in good position and then falls after the slightest of contact, the refs generally blow the whistle. As much as it pains me to admit, Smart gets away with that too now and then when he draws charges.

I saw both players exactly as you wrote it--TP.
