If he keeps this up, it shows that you don't have to be the greatest athlete in the world to dominate the NBA. The kid is the same height as me, myself and Irene.
I'm really proud of the kid honestly, he was given gifts in life but boy is he taking the bull the horns.

First player to start the season with this many points since 97 I believe. Not since Jordan.

Chime in here, numbers don't lie. Curry could be an all time great if he keeps this up what of GS gets two more rings. Curry could be a top 20 player of all time.

I haven't seen any games this year but one thing I know for certain, he is not as dominant as Jordan offensively. In fact, only Wilt has that distinction. Numbers do lie too if they are showing anyone that Curry = Jordan on offense. MJ was the most dominant offensive player since Wilt. Sure they changed the rules to turn him into a better player but he still played by the same rules as everyone else. Well, for the most part anyway.

Ask me again in 5 years if he keeps up the same pace to start the season.

Wondering if folks still feel the same way now. Telling you kids on another planet right now.

If they win the title and Curry avgs over 30 ppg. He will be the only other player other than MJ since 1976 to do that. MJ did it four times.

With his frail build, I am guessing his body won't stand up to the pounding.   I hope I am wrong in that regard though.

The negativity is crazy around here. Had a friend argue with me today that CLE is a better, more talented team than GSW when healthy. First, they/Kyrie will never be healthy. Second, that relegates Love to a spot-up shooter. Third, how can you argue they're better when Curry has made such a huge leap, their team literally can't lose, and their small-ball line up poses such a significant challenge to CLE?

I think Cleveland is as equipped as any contender to handle GS' small-ball lineups. Either:

Irving
Shumpert
Smith
LeBron
Love

or

Irving
Shumpert
Smith
LeBron
T. Thompson

is well equipped to match up with:

Curry
Thompson
Iguadala
Barnes
D. Green

Draft: 8 first rounders in next 5 years.

Cap space: $24 mil.

Some people always think that Lebron's team is going to win.  Even though I knew GS was the better team in the finals, in the back of my mind there is always the thought that Lebron's team might win, and it wouldn't be all that shocking.
