With Marcus Smart (toe) out, Celtics will move Isaiah Thomas into starting lineup vs. Pacers. Team will also switch up its bigs, moving Amir Johnson and Jared Sullinger into starting roles in place of Tyler Zeller and David Lee.

Thank God.

Along with Smart, these three have been the four best players so far so this makes sense.

Really excited to see how Rozier reacts to some more time.

this may be the boost that Lee and Zeller need as well. Going up against opposing bench players should give them more opportunity to assert themselves and get into more of a flow.

Two things,...

1) Kelly should have gotten the start.  He's still their best big.

2)more importantly, Smart has a sprained big toe, isn't that Turf Toe?  And doesn't that usually take a long time to heal??  I have seen football players miss seasons with turf toe.  Shouldn't this be bigger news??

Whew.  I hadn't heard that Smart was injured and didn't understand taking him out of the line up.

This is almost how the starting line up should be always.

Center - Johnson
Power Forward - Sullinger
Small Forward - Crowder
Shooting Guard - Bradley
Point Guard - Smart

Back Up Unit
Center - Zeller
Power Forward - Lee
Small Forward - Turner
Shooting Guard - Hunter
Point Guard - Thomas

Odd Men In and Out
Power Forward - Olynyk
Point Guard - Rozier
Small Forward - Jerebko

I'm not sure I agree with the sigh of relief in finding out that Smart is injured.

CBS said he was headed back to Boston.  CBS not so reliable  ::)

And by CBS I mean the network, not the coach
