Young and the 3 rookies shuttle between Maine and Boston, at least for awhile.  Zeller and Lee mostly on the bench.  Remaining nine play.

MS/IT
ET/AB
JJ
JC/KO
AJ/JS

Starting ET not cause AB has done anything wrong, but to minimize when ET and IT are on the court together (there is only one ball) and to help MS if needed.  Going small ball would really unclog the paint on offense, but tough on defense against big centers.  Your thoughts?

Going small is tough to do with this team because it means sitting at least three of the five rotation caliber big men on the team for the majority of the game.

You mention starting Turner to minimize his floor time with Thomas -- I'd prefer to simply not play Turner.

I'm torn on starting Jerebko at the 3.  On the one hand, the team really needs to have more shooting in the starting lineup.  On the other hand, Jonas is much better as a small 4 or even 5 than he is at the 3.  His natural advantages as a big become disadvantages as a 3.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

I second not playing Turner ..  His handle is bad , his passing is lazy and sucks ......he bricks up the court like crazy .......

Turner is a HUgE momentum killer .......I would use Hunter in his place .

I stopped reading at 9-man. Brad S doesn't do 9-man. There's too much of a risk of getting his best players too involved in the action.

  • Eagerly Awaiting the Next Fantasy Draft
Ideally, they will eventually trade/banish Lee, Zeller and maybe even Turner then go small with a group of those listed below. It seems like all the players they have brought in recently are best served in a wide open system, I expect those who don't fit that style to eventually be traded but at this point and time going small doesn't fit their personnel.

Smart/Thomas
Bradley/Rozier
Crowder/Hunter
KO/Jerebko
Amir/Sully

DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I like that lineup, too. Thomas and Rozier is a bit small, but I am intrigued by that possibility if Rozier is capable of giving us 10 good minutes a game. Hunter can also play the 2. I also think that though Lee won't be there to help Smart out anymore, the spacing that Amir and KO provide allow for Smart to drive open lanes more and find guys.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.
