it seems to me it takes time for zeller to adapt and lee is a unusual power forward  and the offence runs through him
correct me but didn't zeller take a corner long two or three, never saw that last year and in the past in first quarter zeller was really effective from outside
both at mid range and with pick and roll
lee has completely altered chemistry-lee has had a couple awkward games against philly height and now the raptors ,also he lacks any outside shot-the league is getting bigger and stronger and lee seems soft and unathletic now-i hope i'm wrong and it was just a couple bad games early in season
hope rj's food poisoning has not weakened him ,we could use his outside threat,
i think he will see some time today
kelly its time to step up and hit some threes

  • takes.....MAKES!!!!
Good to hear from you Rollie, it seems like you hadn't posted in a couple of days and I was starting to get a little worried...

Again I know its only 2 games but I'm starting to get worried about Lee as well. The whole league knows that he is only going to shoot from within 5 feet of the hoop.  In both games he seemed to miss a lot of makeable bunnies and in the first game he was also blocked 3 or 4 times.  The passing and rebounding are fantastic, but does that alone warrant more than 10 to 15 minutes a game of playing time?

I wish David Lee only the best, a real class act and a big upgrade from G Wallace, but it is hard to envision him on the C's beyond this season.  And if he is gone next year won't it be good to have Sully back at a reasonable contract (depending on how Sully fairs this year of course!)

To early to tell about Lee but I don't like the pairings/groupings CBS has right now. We need more shooting on the floor and better spacing for Crowder to drive. Not sure who should be with whom yet but I'd like to see RJ out there, we need more shooting.
