Lots of talk about IT and David Lee recently made me wonder...If IT were injured or ineffective for a game or two, who would be our primary source of scoring? Clearly he is our leading scorer and usually the 'Go To' guy when we want a bucket.

I think David Lee might be that guy. He is clearly not a shot creator, but he can score in a variety of ways and is a pretty savvy veteran. Avery Bradley is a jump shooter and I am not sure it is a role we want Marcus Smart to fill. I think Sully could do ok if he didnt fall in love with the 3pt jumper. These three are best in secondary option scoring roles IMO.

Would we suffer greatly to try and spread the scoring around? Most teams have a crunch time scorer that they know will get them a decent look when they need it. I wonder who Brad will put in that role if we need one?

idk that he would be a go to guy, but I bet that Crowder becomes more of a threat on O this year.

Love the idea that Crowder becomes a 3 and D guy like a James Posey without the weight issues.

I could see Crowder maybe becoming a poor man's Jimmy Butler if the outside shot falls consistently.

Then the team will  go back to scoring by commission option, as the way the team currently runs minus IT4. On any given day some player will produce.
Sully is the second best scorer on our team following it4.

Avery Bradley to put together a few 30 point games over the course of the season.

The way Crowder can get a lot better is not by shooting 3s but by using his size to attack the rim

I want Sully to have a breakout season, get in, and stay in shape.  I am so afraid he will go the way of A, Walker or BBD.  I don't know if attitude and will can be instilled.

good question.
d lee will be a constant on this team, like a 15-9 type of a guy, but suppose that IT gets hurt (please don't) we got Crowder, Bradley, Sully, KO and Smart as candidates to elevate their game, i trully believe that all of them have that potential.

but seriously, IT plesea don't get hurt, he has to be one of the most fun players to watch on my all time list and Pierce is #1 ofcorse.

I sure hope so.  I'd love to see Kelly solidify a substantial, consistent role playing next to Amir and IT, whether that's as a starter or backup.

Even if he did, they are not of a similar magnitude.
