not a more worthless form of exercise than steady cardio which he gets enough of in the first place since he plays basketball.  Sully if you want to lose the fat it starts and pretty much ends with diet.

This is his showcase year .....his conditioning could literally be worth millions .  Riding on how he looks and plays .so we know he is gifted and can play ......Sully just grow up.

How many years do you risk on an obese NBA player.?

Tell your cling on friends to take a hike .....you life and job are at stake ....smh

This is one of his most important years of his life ......how do you not ......go to sleep get good rest....eat right ......go to the weight room and jog knowing millions could be at stake with C's or another team.  That's not all that hard folks ......some people do that t raising a family , working for a 1/10 of his pay,  goin go college.......pay for the gym fees....he gets it all free and rewarded with huge money.

I see no motivation ......smh ........I think he is seriously immature and LAZY

Is he BRAIN DEAD ?

I don't think it's a case that Sullinger is lazy - he clearly is not.  It's a case that he doesn't have the right people around him.  Case in point, hopping on a stairmaster after a practice is idiotic.  Lucas doing a boot camp with him was even more ridiculous - exercising 10 hours a day is laughable.  Can we get some people who understand simple anatomy and human biology around him rather than blowhard drill sergeants.

Last year he did not always run the floor that is debatable.

Don't you think this would have producted more results.

Look in the mirror, plenty of guys could have dropped more weight over the summer and made a bigger transformation.   Are you really this naive?

Not always running the floor does NOT equal lazy.  It might mean conditioning issues relative to the average NBA player.  But you don't become an NBA player by being anything resembling lazy.  People really need some perspective on this forum.
