Raptors will make the playoffs, I think.

I'd replace them with the Bucks. Central Division has Cleveland and Chicago, and both Detroit and Indiana should be better this year as well. Top to bottom, a more competitive division than the Atlantic, or the Southeast.

They should, although I won't be surprised if the Celtics push them all season long.

I guess we will see just how important Amir Johnson was to their success and/or how important DeMarre Carroll was to Atlanta's success.

I could easily see the Cs beating out the Raptors, but of course I am a hardcore Cs fan.
