The answers are Anthony, Cousins, and anyone still in Denver (including Kenneth Faried).
Paul George is an interesting under-the-radar call. The stuff about him being unhappy playing out of position is almost definitely overblown, but the Pacers have seen some nasty dysfunction while he's been there and you have to think that if they have another bad year or two he's going to want out.
The Jimmy Butler suggestion is off base. He just signed a new contract there, Chicago has a new coach that is well-liked by the players, and they have a deep, competitive team with some good-looking young players in Portis, McDermott, and Mirotic. More importantly, the Bulls know Butler is their best player. I think the Bulls would sooner move Rose (which is heresy, of course).
