It's like prison ball out in Canada.

This thread needs to be hidden from C18.. no reason to ruin his week.

I've already seen it.  I have finally pulled myself together enough to post a response.

Now, I think I'll go back to my uncontrollable fits of sobbing.

Allowing yourself to feel, even at a time like this, is both brave and commendable. Peace be with you, brother.

Thank you.

A. Sherrod wrote that he doesn't expect it to be a "significant setback."

Unfortunately that probably means he tore his ACL.

It's a horrible joke to make, but I, too, chuckled with the rest of them.  ;D

it's always going to be something with this guy...

when he's healthy and has a bad game or doesn't play a lot of mins, it's because he was in foul trouble...which is often.

or the matchup was bad.

or the sun was in his eyes... ::)

Sorry, I can't rag on Olynyk.
He's the guy that kept Lebron from winning another title.

i'm not exaggerating when I say every time this dude looks like he's coming around something like what I mentioned comes up. that's been the only consistent thing with him.

I think that's very fair to say.

My favorite thing about that play is since basically nobody outside of Boston fans knows much about Olynyk, he's about one more fluky opponent injury from making a bunch of "NBA's toughest enforcers" lists.

Kevin Love tried to foul Olynyk, but Olynyk played the counter by pinning Love's arm.
I do it all the time, when people try to shove me away. When they stick their arm out, I just pin it. Then they stop doing it.

Perhaps it's not so bad

Kelly Olynyk (knee) will miss some game action with Team Canada, but he is fine.

Kelly Olynyk's knee injury does not appear to be a serious concern.

It's pretty early in his career but to date he really hasn't had one good, healthy stretch before something goes in one of his legs. The way he moves, it's a bad sign going forward.
