Stupid joke by Bulpett.  It's August, sure, but come on.

Eventually Nerlins will......screw tanking and Philly and their year after year of NON basketball .....very unprofessional ...

He'll demand to leave and so will Oakfor if the 76 s won't comitt to playing basketball .

He for go the extra money just to get the heck out of Dodge .   Like DH12 .....with the Lakers , just get out and into a system that plays ball, has a GM with a Brain, not a screwball  and a real coach , not a tank nothing scrub coach .....and a beat down franchise

Yeah. Bulpett is a good journalist, and a good journalist is not going to "joke" like that.

Something is up.

But we've heard all this before - say, before the draft.

Bulpett is a good journalist, but it's also August, and there has been nothing else at all said about anything Ainge is doing by anybody else but Bulpett.

Chances are, it was just a weak joke about Hurricane Danny, and all of the energy that is put into reporting on weather.

If it is, then I'm going to reevaluate my opinion of Bulpett.

Good journalists don't joke about their beats.

Wow I was actually getting excited.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

I think Bulpett was trying to be clever, tying in the name of hurricane Danny, with something NBA-wise that he has heard....There might be something to this.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

I agree.
i never realized that journalists are supposed to be humorless. sounds like a depressing profession.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Humorless, no,  but Bulpett surely knew that his Tweet could get people speculating given the way he worded it.

  • Peace it's a board. We all will never agree.
I am sure Ainge is looking. Who is on the market at the moment to make this Big move is the question.
