Everything I've heard is that Rozier is not letting up.  I think he'll play if he keeps it up.  Practice is one thing but I'm assuming Brad is a guy who plays his best players regardless and that's who practices the best usually.

Just curious, what have you heard?

Just from watching Summer league and reading i've just read about that he is nonstop.  Both him and Smart in particular.  I think it was Mateen Cleaves who was talking about how tough it is to go up against guys like that in practice who keep the pressure on.  Comparing guys like Smart and Bradley and Rozier to  players like Bibby and Bobby Jackson.

Bobby Jackson is actually a good comparison for Rozier imo.

I don't expect him to play much next season. I think it'll be 2016/17 before Rozier is playing regular minutes and contributing to the team.

I think he gets spot minutes from the start of the year, is in the regular rotation by midseason, and is starting no later than the opening of his second year in the league.

I think he's too talented to get Pressey type minutes. I go with he will have a big role off the bench by mid season (barring any injuries)

He'll be in the D-League most of the season.

If one of the guards ahead of him suffers an injury, maybe he'll get some 10-20 minute performances here and there.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

I think it's fair to assume that he more or less takes on the Phil Pressey role and gets spot minutes here and there. Don't think he'll be a full time D-Leaguer.

This. CBS will develop him but he won't be able to get much PT with the current guard situation.

I think he will get a chance to show what he can do. So far we only have IT4 and Turner who can create off the bounce. maybe Smart also but he is more of a dribble kick out player then finisher in the lane right now.

He needs to show he can make players around him better, he's a point guard, he needs to be able to get the team into it's offense, have a good handle on the ball, and spot his opportunities, and maybe hit the open man. He looks like he'll score in a few ways.

I like his attitude, his quickness, and his defense, right now that's how he'll earn minutes. IMO by midseason
he'll have a roll off the bench.

I am somewhere between these two. I imagine he'll take one or two trips to Portland but I don't think he stays with the Red Claws for an extended stint.

Not fast enough imo. He will get by in the beginning due to his physical tools and determination.

Huge pet peeve of mine is that you are leading a 3 on 1 fastbreak and cant get the easy bucket for your team. Rozier never passed once in this situation in the SL. It's not really smart basketball, unless the guy you want to get into foul trouble is Lebron

He will make everyone forget about Rondo.

Keep in mind that the D league season is shorter. Also, Mickey and Hunter don't seem to have a place in the rotation either (or PJIII for that matter).

If Rozier impresses early, Stevens will have to play him.  He arguably has one of the best handles on the team and is a very good defender.
