Who surprisingly went undrafted and went on to have a HOF blogging career. Mike bunge. An arch rival if Larbrd went on to beat him three times in the finals. That's all. I'm laughing myself writing this.

Oh hush.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

I can't keep up with who you guys deem my archrival from one day to the next.  I think usually it's just some good natured back-and-forth...  no need for the CB "media" to try and turn every person who disagrees with me into my grand Raja Bell rivalry.

But who knows... maybe I have an entire rogues gallery of archrivals that I'm oblivious to.  Which one is my Riddler?  Which one is my Penguin?  Which one is my Two-Face?  I think I have a pretty good idea of which one was my Joker.   I don't actually want the answers.  I can definitively say that CelticThug was my Kite-Man, though.  Kite-Man... the most fearsome of the Batman baddies.

I think this thread earns you the slot of either "Crazy-Quilt" or "Polka-Dot Man" in my growing rogues gallery of archrivals.   Your choice:

Come on LarBrd, you must be aware that you're the Joker in this scenario.   ;)

At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

I agree with the overall premise... the only arch rival LarBrd33 has is LarBrd33.

One time I got bored and started arguing with myself.

Funny because it's true.

On the left:  calm, reasonable, rational, full of valid and accurate opinions

On the right:  crazy emotion-based evaluations... Like suggesting David lee can regain his form, or that Jared Sullinger can be better than Markieff Morris, or that Evan turner was one of the driving-forces of our success, or that Marcus smart is easily the most valuable asset on the team... Or once suggesting that rajon rondo might be worth a lotto pick.   The ramblings of a crazy person.

I think Celtic fandom makes most of us a lil loopy.  ;)

It's actually funny because all those things ARE true.  The fact that you can't see them as rational arguments is just even more funny, and I'd love to see you debate them further.

You automatically act like they aren't true, and since someone has a pro-Celtic, non-pessimistic view, you dismiss it as "the ramblings of a crazy person."

Certainly sounds like a "crazy emotion-based evaluation" to me.

Celtic fandom makes us a little loopy, but there's both people who are biased for the Celtics and people who are biased against the Celtics.

This is why Boris Badenov's post is so awesome/funny/worthy of a TP from everyone.  Maybe it's a coincidence, but it's absolutely spot on that you're biased towards 99% of non-Celtic players and biased against 99% of Celtic players.
