I really like Thorton. He is the type of 3rd string PG (scorer/defender) I love having behind a big physical PG / combo guard like Marcus Smart.

Exactly.  There is a pg he is almost a clone of but I can't think of his name.

I agree.  Players typically settle for shots because that what they can get.

I'm not sure what game you guys are watching. He's just been chucking, but in between those chucks he's been getting past his man into the lane  ::)

EDIT: It's like you two have an agenda or something!  ;)
He rarely gets a good look when he penetrates. Only good thing he does is finding the open guy.
