Don't forget that his best offensive assett is his giant ass. I don't want him skinny, I want his endurance as high as possible while still retaining the heft to carve out rebounding room in the post.

On the contrary, it would be a mistake not to give up on him.

In his 3 seasons in the league, he's had back issues and conditioning issues which have affected his performance on the court.

Nice to see he is practicing against good defense and competition.  NOT!

Still no lift on the jumpshot, still runs like he is underwater.  I always notice no tape of him playing D.

He looks like he lost weight, but true, he still has that big butt. IMO that is his power base. Some players are Deer, and some are Clydesdales. I remember Moses Malone, he was a bit taller than Sully, but had a similar build.

Sully needs to get in the best condition he can, and be trusted to stay in that condition. He will be very effective if he does.
