Thoughts on C.J. Fair? Guy plays solid.

I wonder why Sampson barely played in Utah.  He looks like our only legit 5 but played 3 mins total in the three games there.

No real complaint -- but I would have loved Marcus to have finished that drive late in the quarter.

I'd sit Smart for the rest of the Summer League. Clearly feeling good about his 3-pointers, he's playing hard defensively... done quite a few good things running the offense. Let him finish off the Summer League in this high and go carry it into Training Camp.

Let's avoid risking injury as well considering how hard he goes.
Hes young and working on his game. I would play him the rest of the games.

Yeah, it's a risk, but I'd like him to finish out the summer league, too. Not the least of which is due to my enjoyment watching him dominate!  ;D

Speaking of which, MY GOD! That buzzer-beater 3?! He's hitting them off the dribble now, too!
same here.

Considering that he played on every single game he was healthy for last year, and considering that he's looking to playing heavy minutes this year, I don't think playing him a lot more in Summer League would be all that beneficial. He'll still be working on his game as the SL team practices, etc.

Thoughts on C.J. Fair? Guy plays solid.

He's a ball hog.  but if he can make the shot night in and night out.  keep him.  might develop into someone servicable

He'll probably get a training camp invite at most.

Thornton needs time. Like 2 more years.

Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Those comments from Danny about rim protectors hurting our offense seemed directed at a WCS-type player.

If Smart can shoot like that consistently, were set at the 2 guard spot.

Great spin away by Mickey.  Didn't expect that move.

... Can you imagine if Mickey grew 3 inches over the season?
