Would you prefer he have a very inefficient 35, making lots of mistakes along the way?

Or would you prefer he have an efficient, well-rounded 15 while developing better habits and skills that will actually carry over to the league?

Call me crazy, but I would prefer the latter.

His shot is not falling, but he's 11-11 from the free throw line with 8 assists and just 1 TO.

I'm with you. People don't realize sometimes that there is a maturation and development process for young players. I guess if a 19 year old isn't lighting it up he's a scrub.

Smart's out of control man. He needs to chill out and slow the pace of this game because he is point guard. That's what they are supposed to do at least. A leader doesn't just blindly flail around they take control, encourage, and then lead their team to a win.
