They need someone better than Beverley.

There is way too much pressure on Harden to create everything for them. Only guy who can consistently create his own shot from the perimeter & the only guy who can consistently create shots for others. Harden needs some help. He needs a PG. A quality offensive PG. Not just someone who stands around on the perimeter and takes open shots.

Houston needs someone better than Beverley to win a Championship. Their offense is too limited & predictable with such limited supporting cast players out on the perimeter.
