The Celts now have 5 power forwards on the roster.

Cap space will be all but gone when Crowder signs for $7-8 million per year.

With the Amir signing, I think it signals that Ainge is not freeing up cap space to buy FAs. He's using Bird Rights on Jerebko, and I am guessing the Rondo TPE on Amir.

that would imply a sign and trade.  i would kinda hope so.  i don't think u can sign someone with the TPE.

I totally forgot about that Rondo TPE. In that case, it's not so bad

Really?  It's a MLE-level deal for a guy who is a borderline rotation player, an 8th to 10th man type.  I don't think that's a bargain.
