Also says Monroe will still meet with us this week. Still an option for Harris and Monroe?

Harris seems by far like our most likely "name" target.  He's flawed, but a young dynamic wing scorer is a good fit with our personnel, and the consequences of overpaying a guy like that seem better than the consequences of not signing anyone meaningful.  I'm intrigued, hope he winds up here.

Even if we sign him it will be hard to get excited about it... Orlando can match any offer.

Can we work out a sign and trade with orlando if they truly don't intend to keep Harris?  Can we call Orlando and make that happen?  Give them Avery Bradley, Wallace and a 1st

Ive basically given up on Love and Im close to giving up on Monroe. Our off season is basically riding on our ability to sign this guy.

Middleton got 14 mil. I think Harris should be around there.

That being said, I assume/hope danny is cooking something up that none of us see coming.

Why would Orlando do that?  If the C's are concerned Orlando will match, maybe send the Minny pick or something, but there's no need to ask them to take on salary when we don't need the space to sign Harris.  Also, players getting big raises are very hard to trade in salary matches, because the salary only counts as half in outgoing money.
