Harris is restricted so even if we sign him to a max deal I'll just have to shrug my shoulders.  I can't imagine Orlando not matching... not in this culture where Aminu Al-Farouq gets 7.5 mil per season...

Which isn't legal, is it?

Does that really matter though? NFL teams weren't supposed to agree to terms for the first few days of free agency but that's when all the deals came out. I doubt there would be any actual concrete repercussions because it's not something that will be investigated.
