So there is a ten day period when teams can talk to FA that starts tonight at midnight, but you can't sign them until after the ten day period. I was wondering, will we know about the deals in place during the ten day period or will we have to wait until they can actually sign deals? Example: If Tobias Harris decides he will sign with the celtics, will there be a report saying Tobias Harris to sign with celtics?
