I think this will more be showcasing Smart and Young. While I think they are higher on Young than Smart if a nice package for a legit player came up DA pulls the trigger.

The reason I say that is one of the C's issues is that AB and Smart can't break defenses down with the dribble. Some one posted that they did trap drills during work outs, meaning they had to get out of hard traps with the dribble. The best anyone did was 2/5 except Rozier that went 5/5. He can get to the rim which right now only IT and ET can.

So I have a feeling AB is gone, and so will Smart, which bums me out because I like the kid, but if he nets us a Noel, I think I could get over it pretty fast, as long as Rozier is the same pitpull that Smart is.

Have any players increased their value so much in Summer League that they've been able to be traded?  Are there any examples here?

I still think u may see some sort of a trade involving KO, Sully and Smart for Cousins..add Tobias Harris..

 rozier might a doberman and smart the pitbull, smart is so strong and physical -i  just want to see if he has his explosiveness  back and can get to rim-he has so much upside still,with his work ethic and isiah teaching him how to play against the bigs and shooting coaches and reps

I think if Hunter shows really well in SL, JYoung will be the one to get cut loose. No dribbling ability with no right hand.  Doesn't seem to be able to make his shots in the bigs, when better D(any D really) is being played on him!  Hunter had to do his shooting in college constantly being double and triple teamed, as he was virtually his teams only offense!

I agree about Young and not sure why we covet this guy. He has shown me nothing in the NBA - maybe he's great in the D league but in real NBA games he can barely make a shot when he's not covered much less if he is. He can't get his own shot and can't defend anyone. There are a lot of guys in this mold always available - a la James Jones.

Dont expect a big offseason... they will have to play this roster out as is and hope the young players turn into assets ... No matter what DA says or what you want to hear this team is STILL rebuilding

So smart is not what we hoped offensively, then you turn around and hint that he would get us Noel?  Always frustrated by fans' logic.  We can't just want to trade worser players unless we can accept worser players in return.

Young is more of s SF and RJ is a sg. I think both can come off bench for respective positions. RJ will be more effective, he is quite a bit older. Young will come along and his shot will fall in the NBA with more consistent minutes.

I didn't say Noel, I said A Noel. Of course to land Noel you'd need a few more pieces maybe a third team. Philly is valuing Noel too high right now, With Okafor, and Embiid his value has dropped. Philly needs a Defensive guard to help with the Defenseless center. Noe way can Noel and Okafor play together and succeed.
