I have a feeling were gonna go all out for Love. We need a talent upgrade big time and hopefully other FA would follow with a nice playoff run.

You're right.  Robin Lopez, Tobias Harris, Kevin Love.

Harris on a sign and trade involving Bradley.

Honestly though, I still believe there's a bigger shoe to drop involving the plethora of guards. Personally, I believe it's with Sacremento and Marcus Smart.

Love is overrated. I'd rather go with what we've got.

I think getting Love all falls on if LA goes to the Lakers, if he goes to the Spurs, it's going to make it a lot harder to get him here.

I know a lot of people aren't high on him, but he's a 20/10 stretch 4 that DA may have to over pay to get an other high end FA here next season.

He's also perfect with IT in the pick and roll/pop. But DA will need to get a defensive big that can defend the pick and roll to make up for the lack of D.

Totally agree with the idea of bringing in the trio of Harris, Love, and Noel. I only disagree with the price that it will take to get Noel. I think that it will be very high or Sam Hinkie will just keep him until he is happy with an offer, even if they have three centers. I think that it will take something like:  Smart, Young, and Brooklyn 2016. That's high, but if you're competing for the Eastern Conference Championship, are you really going to complain? That's what our assets are for.

Rather sign Monroe and put him at center than give away the stash for Noel.

Bring back Crowder.

Also have interest in Danny, Gerald & Jeff Green to come space the floor and bolster the wing and stretch 4 positions.

Need my other binkie / project Thomas Robinson.

Can we give Pressey the max yet?   ::)

If Tobias Harris can be had, I'd go for it. If Ainge could sign him, KLove - if he bolts CLE, should look more favorably at BOS as a landing spot.

Tobias Harris is only 22 (turns 23 on July 15), is 6'8" 230, plays SF and PF, averaged 17 pts, over 6 rebs, nearly 2 assists, a steal and .5 blocks while playing just under 35 min per game.

He shot roughly 47& FG, and roughly 37% from deep.

I'd say, after comparing the stats of Nikola Vucevic, Payton, and Oladipo that Harris was IMO the 2nd best player on that team in ORL (after Vucevic)...at least statistically.

If ORL offers him up and he can be had reasonably I'd add him to BOS. As good as I think he is, he'd be better under Coach Brad Stevens.

He and KLove would make a nice bookend forward combination.

As the OP states - all is not lost...this offseason could still have some fireworks.

I just don't get why people assume that Smart is as good as gone!!!! My money is on AB. Rozeer and Smart can plan together even better than any combination of AB and any other C's gard now since he's short and very limited offensively. But he's still valuable as nice cheap 3&D guard. If wade leaves, and MIA doesn't wanna blow it up, we can sell them on AB. If ATL loses DC, the might be interested in a pitbull to play next to Teague. Smart is not as valuable to teams with young assets as AB or IT. If DA fails to make a splash in FA, my money is on a youth movement with AB, ET & maybe even IT out for young talent plus BS would love to mold younger players to his game.

We should see what we have in Rozier, before we go trading someone unless there is a deal too good to pass up. Our guards really came together last year. Turner turned out to be a pretty good ball handler and distributer. By letting Turner run the point, we could start Smart. Pressey was also very good, in a few games, but if no one else is going to over pay him, I'd like to keep him. If we can't get something good we don't need to trade a guard just to get rid of one. We will probably be wheeling and dealing for at lease another season or two. At this point Brad can play whomever he gets and get the best out of them. The name of the game right now is Asset Development. Too many assets? Let's run! Uptempo means lots of scoring, everyone looks good, win some games then BAM! a trade finally comes along where we can get a real star or superstar, then the problem of too many guards (and too many forwards) will go away in a 3 for 1 trade or something like that.

I'd be stoked if all that happened. We need more talent we all know that, getting a Center should be a priority IMO. Doesn't have to be a great one but starter quality like a Robin lopez. Best part is in about 5 days we will have a good idea of what free agents we are looking at and the reality of landing them. I know some are down on Love but I still think he is the best fit system and age wise.

FA's I like in no particular order:
Love
R. Lopez
Monroe
Leonard
Harris

Sign Monroe, bring back Crowder.

This is a much better idea than signing overrated Kevin Love.

Everyones expecttions are way overblown... same as last year and the year before

They do have some cap room but dont expect Love, Jordan, Aldridge , Butler, or Leonard..

They may be able to sign either Monroe or Harris but would have to slightly overpay whic his alright because their max deal would be around 15 mil/season and new TV will blow the cap up in 2 years..

The trade market is also stale .. Sac wouldnt budge on the #2 pick and Randle for Cousins (even though Sac front office has no intentions to move him).. So draft picks are only valuable to teams that desire them which seems like a dying market.. Its possible to fish around the league with Smart but what DA is looking for it is unlikely any trade will happen.. I guess you can cross your fingers on a Noel trade but again if Philly was interested it would have already happened..

Best case scenario is to play out this roster and if Smart, Mickey, Young, or Rozier can enhance their value you may be able to trade them for a better piece..
