Another target that is both proven and young.  Agian, these are the guys we should be working for. They can help right away, yet are not over the hill.  Harris is another at 22.  Monroe is 26.

Obviously a FA big man signing is the first priority (or a Smart for Noel swap), but if we strike out, I would be extremely happy with a Favors trade. Between him and Harris, I am not sure how many 'assets' we would need to give up, but we should still have other trade options to improve the team.

I was thinking something along these lines as well. Utah took Lyles last night to presumably be the PF of the future next to Gobert.

Id be more than willing to give them AB+Sully/KO+a first(not Brooklyn 16) and/or Turner

If Im Utah honestly I wouldnt consider moving Favors. However this makes some level of sense for them.

Adding AB solves the 2 gaurd position for them and adding Sully gives them a cheap 4 to use as either a backup to milsapp or if they cant get Milsap then he can come in and start for a year till Lyles is ready, then they can either keep him or say goodbye.

I love the idea of a trade centered around Bradley for Favors. I think that with Rozier on board, Bradley has become expendable and a solid big man like Favors is the perfect target. Obviously it would be nice to give up our pick or Dallas's instead of Brooklyn's. I would try to keep Sully just because I still think he is a valuable player.

Stats don't mean anything by the way. Allstar is a popularity contest, and while Favors is a great young prospect, your trade is nowhere near enough to even make Jazz continue the conversation.

Unfortunately I think you are right.

I would do as much as AB + KO + Brooklyn '16 + Dal '16 for Favors.

He leaves you max room to sign Monroe and when the cap rises add another max guy.

Have always liked Favors and he's not yet hit his prime... he would be an EXCELLENT addition.  (Though am extremely skeptical that UTA would move him just to re-acquire Millsap.)

I'd prefer him to Noel, FWIW, simply b/c he's furtehr along in his development.

I'd absolutely trade one of the BKN picks in a package for him.
