I think Avery Bradley will have to go at some point in the future but I would keep him for now because I do not like Isaiah Thomas as a starter (he is a bench guard) and because I think Rozier should be brought along slowly.

I think Bradley and Smart have too many similarities and limitations offensively to survive together long term. That is the reason why I think Bradley will be need to go at some point. But I keep Bradley for now because nobody else is well suited & ready to replacing him as starting SG.

Voted AB, because to me he solves the most problems if gone. I do not think we will miss a beat without him.

Finding a trade that does not create another backlog? That is the tricky part.

Smart will be the easiest to trade, but it would makes sense only if we can package him for a star or a better talent. We know these trades do not happen very often.

Turner, Pressey, Olynyk in the immediate future.

I'm more than fine with keeping a guard rotation of Rozier, Smart, Smart, and Thomas.

I think some changes need to happen in the starting line-up tough to provide the ballhandling we need both with the starters and the bench, and I think this move solidifies the rotation in this regard.

But need to move Turner to begin with.

I'd like to clear space by trading Bradley and Turner.  Not really concerned what the return is.  They're inefficient and I'd rather give their minutes to Rozier / Smart / Young / Hunter / Crowder.

Wouldn't mind if Ainge can get some value in return for Sullinger or Olynyk.  Don't think they can play together and would like to add athleticism and playmaking at the 4 spot.  Would prefer to keep Olynyk.

I am assuming we dont get FAs so I picked IT. Think he has great value as a bench scorer yet isn't a two way player so cash in on him while we can.

If team does well in FA obviously you move the a rookie PG with Sully or KO for a guy.

Sullinger, he has no fit in this offense and it proves the Celtics record was better without him

Like I said in the other post, Ainge will offer everybody for Cousins
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

This question is incomplete.  Trade for what?

Obviously fans will want to trade players they don't like.  But what makes you think anyone will take those players off of our hands even for free?

I'm OK with starting Rozier and Smart together, or alternatively starting IT and using Rozier as the 3rd guard, because I'm not worried about competing next year.

This roster is asking for a re-shuffle.  It's clear a quick fix is not on the way.

Unload Bradley and Turner, re-sign Crowder only if the price is right, let Jerebko and Bass walk, look into signing a free agent center if the right one is available (Monroe is the ideal, Koufos is a good backup plan).

Then let's find out what we have with Rozier, Smart, Hunter, Young, and Crowder.  What sort of a role can these guys carve out on this team, and will they succeed or fail with larger roles?

I'd move on from Sullinger, too, if I could.  Olynyk, Zeller, Mickey, and Monroe / Koufos / FA Center would be a decent 4 man rotation to work with.
