Trading 4 for one is very rarely a good idea.   Mickey is  a top defender.  He is just undersized. Thornton is a baller.

I'm sick

He did nothing to help this team

Picking a bunch of scrub guards makes no sense at all.

I don't see how Danny Ainge drafts 4 players and doesn't help the team.  We basically replaced Pressey, Babb and bass and are 12 deep easy...  Teams like the hawks just have a ton of depth and so do we now.   DA has been developing players for years.

We got a top shooter.  A very good athlete and scorer.  A defensive presence and a good backup guard.  We have Bradley, Smart, Isiaih, Turner for assets.  We aren't going to be able to keep them all but we have more options as far as trades and free agency.  I think keeping smart is a huge win.

DA just sat back and drafted the best players he could that give us the most options.  We are going to be an extremely high powered team!

The problem with that is nobody plays all 12 players!

Plus Pressey and Babb barely got any minutes so they didn't really affect the team. So Danny upgraded the 3 mins a game they were giving us yayyy...

Mickey isn't an upgrade over Bass. He hasn't even played a game in the NBA yet plus where would he get minutes at because last time I checked he was a 4 and Sully/ KO are still on the team.

Rozier is the 4th guard in the rotation and I don't see him playing at all with Bradley and IT on the roster Marcus can move to the 2 but Bradley and IT can't they are too small and will get taken advantage of. Rozier is 6'2 and is a worse player than Bradley and IT so he will get no minutes. Unless we trade one of those 2 guys. I don't even see him averaging more than 5 min per game this season

...soooooo unless Danny has a secret agenda to package all of these guys for a superstar they were terrible picks

People act as if Rozier and Hunter didnt shoot terrible percentages in college. Hunter has no speed and will have a really tough time getting shots up in the NBA and Rozier is Reggie Jackson at best.

Mickeys the only pick to be excited about here, folks.

We got nothing. Literally, nothing... and that didn't need to be the case. Mickey is the only one with a shot. I like Mudiay as the sleeper of this draft and think it'd behoove many of us to join a Nuggets blog asap. Yay Denver.

I just mean from a talent perspective we are a b etter team.  Talent is not a bad thing.  How does DA draft 4 players with his eye for talent and not help the team? I think you are missing something there.

just looking at the footage all these guys can play in the nba. Whether it will be for us who knows. But talentwise we are better.

Our team is strong with talent 1-12.  I don't care if some of them can't get minutes too much.   It's not like we are done and just folding up shop now.

Smallest Ball lineup. Its the anti-Bucks. C's want under-sized guys at every spot.

I don't see how you can be so sure Rozier isn't going to play either.  The guy can score.  Do you think we won't play that and don't have room for scorers on our roster or rim protectors?   Bass is gone.  So are other guys. Rozier really could challenge Bradley if he proves to be a better all around scorer.

Rozier was the most talented player on the board.  All of them were.

So at best, Rozier is a better individual player than anyone on our team currently.
