I have had enough of the constant whining that goes on here, where posters routinely act as if they have a quarter of the basketball insight that Danny has.

God the internet sucks sometimes.

It's Danny's fault that Charlotte inexplicably fell in love with Kaminsky at 9 and that the Heat made the smart move and took Winslow.

Yup. All his fault.

Nah, I've lived long enough to know not to make snap judgments.

We worked this guy out twice, so the Celtics saw something in him that made them pull the trigger.

If there is a trade in the works, the situation may look a lot brighter.

Patience is a gift to be unwrapped slowly.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I'm rarely critical of ainge but tonight was just an abismal night for the celtics. Rozier could be good. Heck, any pick could be good. But are we not supposed to judge picks? What's the point of following the draft then? We could have used a good trade tonight and nothing went our way. I like the hunter and Mickey picks but that doesn't make up for the negatives of tonight. You just have to hope more is to come on trade and free agent front but it's tough to be optimistic after tonight.

What are people expecting?  Rozier was a surprise pick but obviously Danny thought he was the best player on the board.  As for the rest, you can't turn garbage picks and mediocre players into gold.  What are fans thinking anyway?

It's always a good idea to fire somebody for making a draft pick before that draft pick has played a single game.

I'm disappointed in Rozier, and I wish we could have found a way to trade up for Winslow, but Danny probably knows more about the draft than I do.

Is this a yearly poll? Yes, lets fire Ainge since nobody in the top 10 wanted to give us their pick for one of our role players. 8) I don't think their is a GM out there who works harder.

It is a bit funny though we have so many guards on our team and the Sixers have so many big men. Maybe next year when the Nets pick lands us a top 10, the Sixers will have their eye on a PG they can't live without and presto, the trade will happen and we will get one of their bigs.

Lets see how the summer plays out. I am secretly hoping for someone over 6'10''
at 45 though  ;D

Accusing the fans of being delusional again I see?

Sure, judge the picks. Don't like them, like them, whatever! I think the point is that this goes beyond that. "Fire Ainge" is not meaningful discussion or judgement.
