Ainge didn't promise a trade and then backed away. You guys expected him to make all sorts of trades. You can't cook stories and scenarios in your mind and then be disappointed when they don't pan out.
I agree with this. Ainge did what he has done every year. He basically says everyone is tradable, and then the NBA fan trade rumors happen. Obviously all the other GM's are valuing their picks too much or else Ainge would have jumped on something.
Everyone cool down we have a top tier coach who will get the most out of our picks.
Amen
Amen to you too brother.

Please consider two things:
a/ that we drafted a PG is hardly a surprise, the only real surprise is we used our sweet 16. IT is coming from the bench and ET as a point forward has limitations; Smart and Bradley do not really qualify as ball handlers.
We needed a third reliable ball handler.
b/ if Ainge chose someone who was projected to be drafted 15 positions later, he probably has some reasons. Front offices have better qualitative information and expertise to the people who make mock drafts.
I'm not saying Rozier will be the new Rondo or anything, all I'm saying give the kid (and our front office) a chance before going all doom and gloom.
