Anderson, Hunter, Portis I'd be okay with.

I'm hoping 16 will be our 2nd pick tonight!!!! ;D

Dekker. I think he has the highest "upside"

Order of preference 9-18 range SJ, Turner, Booker, Payne, Portis, Oubre, Dekker, Lyles, RHJ.

I hope C's can get WCS or SJ by using 16+28 but not expecting it.

There are a bunch of guys I like at 16.

My pick: RJ Hunter

I would be happy with RHJ or Portis but I'm beginning to think that Vaughn has star potential:

"1.16 points per possession on spot-up jumpers.
1.02 points per possession coming off of screens.
.951 points per possession as a ball-handler in the pick-and-roll.
1.33 points per possession in no-dribble isolation situations.
That last number is off the charts. No-dribble isolations are the most difficult—and ill-advised—shots in the game, yet Vaughn buries them with frightening regularity."

This predictive chart also has him among the top of all prospects at getting to the rim:

He's also only 18 years old.

Came here to post this Portis or Rashad Vaughn for me. I think. Bobby Portis reaches David West/Paul Millsap impact level without too much needing to fall into place.

Rashad Vaughn would bring much needed size to our backcourt. Balances out our back court with another scorer to compliment Smart and AB and spell IT stopping him from having to do all the work. This guy was a freshman.

Finally I'd be happy with Sam Dekker. Think he really could be a big shot taker/maker. Smart player and wants to play in Boston.

I could definitely warm up to Dekker. He's right up there with Vaughn among the best prospects at getting to the rim according to the metrics I cited.

Dekker looks like a lesser version of Jeff Green. He has talent, but plays super passive most of the time.

I would be OK with a guy like that at 16, but there is a good chance he will drive us crazy.

Bobby Portis would be an absolute steal. Instead of giving up the farm to get Okafor, get Portis, who may not be as good of a prospect, but plays better D, is a better perimiter shooter, and plays with more tenacity.

The C's should consider taking Jhahil Okafor with the #16 pick in the 2015 NBA draft.

Portis seems like the one guy that everyone here would be content with. He isn't everyone's #1 choice but he seems to be in almost everyone's top 3 (including mine). I'd also much rather stick with Portis than sell the farm for Okafor.
