Cousins in Denver would be perfect for him---his Coach, etc....doubt the Celtics can get him or get involved.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

Basketball is a team game, if we trade for Cousins he won't have a team to play on.

I think you forgot a word in the title for context. Maybe "Don't count out a DeMarcus Cousins trade".

Denver could put a nice package together with Faried, Lawson, and #7 as the key figures. I also wonder if the Kings could then make it a 3 team deal and have Lawson and #7 go to NY for the #4.

Why does Sacto want to become Denver but with an extra pick (7th)? I know people love Lawson and Faried but them and 7 don't make me give up Cous! I would keep him b4 I do that mess, I have him locked down for 3 more years!
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

George Karl took Denver to the playoffs as a high seed with Lawson and Faried as two starters. Now, he's the head coach in Sacramento.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
This is just more complete and utter crap from media guys wanting clicks on their website.

lol there is ZERO chance of this happening.
Absolutely ZERO.
If Sacto gave up Cousins for two role players and a #7 then Vlade Divac would be crucified forever.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Look at how hard it is to get into the western conf playoff, look for it to be even harder next season. If they do that trade, I look for them to continue their course of tanking.

The worst thing that could happen this off season would be cousins being available. If he was made available, the number two pick or one, would make the most sense for sacramento as they could instantly replace him with cost controlled center. My dream would be next offseason he becomes available and we can offer them a lucky nets pick plus parts.

There is almost a zero percent chance we could outbid the twolves or lakers for cousins.

"Kings executive Vlade Divac insists the team has no plans to trade DeMarcus Cousins, according to Ailene Voisin of The Sacramento Bee. Divac, who is preparing for his first draft since being named vice president of basketball and franchise operations in March, said the team is looking for players who will complement Cousins’ skills. “That is not happening,” Divac said about the possibility of moving Cousins, “but I would love to do something, a smaller move, before the draft. We have a lot of changes to make. The league is much more up-tempo now, and we need more three-point shooting. If we don’t get that in the draft, we’ll be active in free agency and see about making trades later in the offseason.” Sacramento holds the sixth pick in Thursday’s draft."
