Wade just referred to the heat as the team he used to play for, leverage perhaps but if I'm Cleveland I trade either love or Thompson and sign Wade. Trade Love cause you can get more and Thompson is a better fit.
If this happens Bradley to the heat is a cinch and I think we keep the 16th pick. Bradley plus 28 and 45 and its a done deal.

At ten I like Stanley J,  Payne, Turner
At 16 I like Portis, Looney

If I was the Cavs, I'd rather keep Love & Thompson than add Wade.  Dude is washed up & can't defend.  Maybe if he wants a vet min...but if I'm Gilbert I tie up big money on those younger bigs first.

it would make the post a whole lot better if you were to provide the source of all these. you do have something to go on, i assume, so please share it.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Wade can opt out.   If Wade trusts his honeyboo, he can probably sign a 1 year MLE deal in Cleveland and then when the cap jumps 20 mil next season he can get a fat contract from GM LeBron. If lebron himself keeps taking 1 year deals, he can basically call all the shots and give money to whoever he tells the Cavs to give money to.

If I were the Cavs I would be loathe to commit money to Wade and his ticking-timebomb knees. But if that was what it took to keep LeBron happy then so be it.

This doesn't really make any sense. Wade is upset with the Heat because he has never been the highest paid player on his team for his whole career and has frequently taken under value contracts to help the team out including allowing the team to bring in james and bosh and also to sign haslem to an extension. He realizes based on his injuries he only has a limited number of years left in the NBA and time to make money so he wants to do it while he can.

Does it really make sense to accept an under market contract for the minimum in Cleveland? That would go against everything he is fighting for. Even trading him for Haywood would only get him 8 million and he wants more than that. From the Cavs perspective I am not really sure how it helps them. There were already not even shots for Kyrie, Lebron and Love at times. How is adding in Wade going to help? I also think Lebron may be a little more loathe to recommend signing his friends after he saw how little they had to offer in the finals when Miller, Jones, Perkins and Marion did not belong on the court.

Cleveland would have to make serious changes to get Wade, and I don't think they'd risk losing either Love or Thompson to sign an aging player with health concerns.

I think this is what he was referring to, quite interesting given the context of it.

I was actually think about Wade this mourning and thought he might go to the Knicks.  They have the cap space, and still could sing a Monroe or Love. I'm not sure how Wade would fit in with Irving, to similar players, but this helps the Knicks PG problem were he can take on some of those responsibilities.

I do hope he goes to the Cavs, it could hurt their cap space if he's greedy and they wont be able to sign up a good bench.

I think Riley caves and he stays.  Riley doesn't have a lot of choices given the concerns with Bosh.

Irving, Wade, LeBron all need the ball in their hands for significant chunks of the game.   Makes very little sense.

The Cavs should look to the roster that gave the Warriors such a fight in the Finals and see how they can upgrade the pieces they had around Lebron, but focus on guys who can fill similar roles, but better.

Riley is trying to lowball Wade so they can have the cap space to go after Durant next summer.
