Now with the draft on our heels, just over 2 weeks away, who do you guys think has the biggest potential to be the bust of the draft? I'm not talking about our own personal picks, I'm talking about all teams in general. My vote goes to Hezonja, I feel that people see him as the next James Harden, but he has many negatives to his game which I feel heavily outweigh his positives.

Porzingis and Turner. I'd also add Oubre, but I don't think he'll be taken high enough (top12) to qualify as a bust.
Hezonja will be a go to guy in a play-off team in 3 years... unless he goes to Sacramento, where they manage to destroy every good player.

I have to disagree first with any kind of Harden comp as they are totally different players and second with his bust potential. Typically busts lack one key foundation component to thier games. It may be something physically like size for position, strength, length, health or athleticism or if may be a base line skill at their position (ie range on shot, balll handling, defensive principles, bball IQ). From the couple of games I have watched I cant see Herzonja lacking in any of these areas.

The lottery prospects I see as the biggest risks are Prozingis (lack of strength), WCS (lack of offense), Kaminsky (athleticism/length), Turner (health), and Oubre (ball handling/IQ). This is not to say im not super high on some of these guy particularly Prozingis and WCS but that list comes with risk.

Hollis Jefferson if they can't fix his shot.

Even if he cant shoot he will be a really good defender

Hezonja. What I see from film is a good athlete, but not a great one like he's described. Perhaps that's due to opponents lacking athleticsm and by comparison he looks better. He really struggles with his ballhandling and is pre-dominantly right handed.

Good player, but I don't see an all-star level ceiling, which is what you hope for with top 10 picks.

Jahlil Okafor or Emmanuel Mudiay.

These came to my mind as well.  I find it hard to believe they will live up to the expectations or hype up on them.  They maybe good players in the NBA .....but great is another thing entirely .

That's why I picked them.  To me the "bust" label is relative to expectations.

Is anyone really going to be all that surprised if Kristaps Porzingis or Mario Hezonja don't become superstars?

Oh, this isn't a thread about the worst bust ever. I can't read.

WCS.

Would be a mistake to trade up to take him. I could give a flip what Bird says about him. Smokescreen.
