NBA Finals over after a single game.

But it was a really entertaining game, at least.

Kyrie can't seem to stay on the court.  Credit to him for battling through the injuries as much as he could during this playoff run.  Played a very good game last night.  Too bad it wasn't enough.

I'd be surprised if the Cavs win a game in this series now.

Oh wow..just saw the breaking news on NBATV.

I wonder if the Cavs handled his situation properly? I am making simple assumptions just based off of what I've seen/read on here and elsewhere.

Should the Cavs have shut him down earlier? Was Kyrie 100%?

I get the notion that "This is the NBA Finals and you have to play through pain", but should his situation been handled differently?

Injuries are tough to deal with - especially at THIS point.

I remember when Perk went down in Game 6 2010....I remember KG "still" limping in Game 7 2010, valiantly trying to play on....I remember Rondo's arm injury by Wade's contact in the playoffs a few years ago.

Just a tough situation to deal with. I hope Kyrie gets well - completely well.

That article says it's a right knee fracture.  Is that correct?  It's been his left knee (and right foot) that's been giving him problems if I'm not mistaken.

Either way that really blows.  Cavs with some rotten luck this post-season.  Just goes to show you how hard it is to win a championship, especially when health becomes an issue.  We know this too well.

I feel bad for Kyrie, seems like a tough and talented kid.

But hey, here's to hoping that the NBA doesn't hand LeBron another championship.

Funny thing is, this would have been his first legit championship by himself if he wins it.

It's too bad that we'll never get to see this great Warriors team actually truly challenged.  The Grizzlies will have been their toughest opponent.

The playoffs have been a disappointment this year because of all the injuries.

Wish "Shorten the regular season!" were a plausible proposition.

Disagree entirely. Injuries suck but they're part of the game. Doesn't diminish the Warriors in the slightest.

To Phosita, I feel like he's the next Chris Paul. Just can't stay healthy all year.

The tendinitis could actually be seen as being the cause of the knee cap break

That sucks, especially for Kyrie.

To be able to have a big turnaround from not winning to being in the Finals, and it got cut short by injuries. Feel bad for Kyrie Irving.
