With boy genius Brad Stevens  coaching skills. How many wins with this young Celtics team have next season. Ok for those who voted already I changed the whole team around. We make a power move to replace the truth with Justice. I know he won't make an immediate impact but he will be an awesome solution at the three long term. How many wins next season? Do you like where this team is headed for the future.

Zeller, Chistmas
Sully, Kelly O. Jordan Mickey
 Justice Winslow, Crowder, Turner,
Bradley, James Young
Smart, thomas

Looks like a 15 win team to me.

Even good rookies like Davis and Durant needed seasoning, and their teams stacked vets around them.  Adding 4 rookies to the rotation = Ainge blatantly tanking.

Why is it, every June, so many basketball fans forget how rare it is for a first round pick to make real impact their rookie year?

But see that's the thing where not looking for them to be awesome in year one, we're looking them to be really good players down the line, Hollis Jefferson is going to be a top defender in the NBA  really fast, the question is will he ever develop his jump shot, but it's a risk worth taking cuz he could turn into a really good starting nba small forward, same goes for Hunter he brings what Bradley does not, ball handling, passing ability and general aggressiveness on the offensive end.
Let's not forget that this team does have some NBA experience Tyler Zeller 26 years old Isaiah Thomas 27 years old Evan Turner same thing, crowder tough as nails. Who we losing that hurts? Sully? Bass? Portis is tough as nails a core of upshaw, Portis, Jefferson, smart, Bradley could be all world on defense. Hunter Bradley and Kelly can shoot but we need more shooting. The great thing about Stevens is he actually can develop young talent. All the rookies have two years experience in college and Hunter has three. So that's a plus.

First off, I don't see any of the trades you mentioned happening. Second, every player you mentioned bringing on board has about a 70% bust potential. Third, not one of those players figures to be any better than James You g was this year which means you have essentially tanked the season.

15-20 wins tops for the suggested team.

With boy genius Brad Stevens  coaching skills. How many wins with this young Celtics team have next season we trade Sullinger for a top 20 pick and we draft RJ hunter, Hollis Jefferson, and Bobby Portis with three picks in the first round trading  this year and  get lucky with upshaw at 33.  Trade james young and a first dallas to get back in the 20 range to draft hunter. we get rid of all free agents except for Crowder how many wins for this young team we have possibly tank a little bit next year but then hit 2016 free agency hopefully with a splash and a high draft pick or do you think we would Brad Stevens would still be successful really really young team.

Zeller, upshaw
Portis, Kelly O.
Crowder, Turner, Hollis Jefferson
Bradley, RJ hunter,
Smart, thomas

Why are we trading for Hunter twice?  We would be about where we were this year, maybe 45-50 wins with a full season of IT and Smart killing it this season.
2019 historical draft.  Pick 12

Tim Duncan, Oscar Robertson, Elgin Baylor, Scottie Pippen, Willis Reed, Mitch Richmond, Sam Jones, Dan Majerle, Bob Cousy, Rasheed Wallace, Shawn Kemp, Marcus Camby

Wow, I didn't notice how bad the team would be before voting. I would change to the lowest category. Major tankage.

Tommy Point.  Tommy Point. Tommy Point.

Especially outside the top 10. I mean outside the top 10 there were 3 roookies last year to make an impact (Clarkson, Nurkic, Payton) and all three were on TERRIBLE teams.
