Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. I sat around for this? Another midget SG this is a terrible pick. I hate this stock piling of midget gunners.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

This has to mean a trade is in the works, right?

Bradley
Smart
Thomas
Rozier

Seems like 4 guys who don't really compliment each other really well.

I don't get it.  Unless he is traded, we basically took a flyer on an undersized combo guard who can't shoot.  mini-smart.  great.

I am shocked.  Our biggest need was either a wing scorer or a def big that could stop the bleeding inside.  So we draft a 6'-1" combo guard who can't shoot.  Smh...

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
I can't believe I came to the Barclays Center for this...hopefully somebody we actually want drops to 28.

I am really hoping this was a selection for another team. How is Danny going to explain this one?

Wyc: Tried really hard to get into top 10.

The playoff run destroyed this draft for the C's.  It's not over for the C's making use of their assets and cap space (obviously), but a golden chance for a serious prospect in this draft gone in favor of a 1st round sweep.

Meanwhile, Lakers pick up a player with star potential.

I was dead wrong about Okafor.  I thought he was definitely going 2nd... but I have a feeling this the RUssell pick sets up a Russell + Randle for Cousins trade... That would give the Kings a run-and-gun offense built around PG - Russell, SG - McLemore, SF - Stauskas, PF - Randle and C - WCS...

Then Lakers sign Rondo and Love to fill out the roster.

Philly situation will be interesting.  I could see HInkie hanging onto all 3 and waiting for someone to give him a godfather offer for one of the franchise bigs.  And by "Godfather offer" i don't mean a bunch of middling draft picks... I mean something built around a star at a different position.  Like they could probably move one of those guys for a guy like DeMarr Derozan pretty easily, right?  Smarter move than trading it for a pu-pu-platter of weak draft picks.
