from Sosh...

@WojYahooNBA: For now, the Sixers plan to keep Okafor -- not trade him, league source tells Yahoo Sports.
No way. They'll trade him or Joel or Noel before the season. They have to. You can't properly groom three of those guys who play the same position. They'll look horrible and start losing value.

I don't think they rate any one of them high enough above the other to pick one -- to prioritize their development and trade others.

I think they'll let it play out and see who develops the best over next year or two. Then decide who they want.

I hate that. There's no way they can properly groom all three of them at the same time, not to mention the fact that none of them can play together since they're all 5's.

Me too. I'd hate to see them screw up one or more of these young guy's development ... and they probably will.

Talented bigs are so rare. Hate to see them go waste.

I'm blown away by...
...the lack of trades.
Is it going to be another one of "those" drafts?

Every draft is one of those drafts.

Writers gotta spread the rumors to keep those clicks coming.

Mike

more teams need to pick before swaps can happen

I don't know how the Russell pick makes sense if the Lakers want Cousins.  The Kings already have a couple guard prospects in McLemore or Stauskas.  Maybe it makes sense if they send Russell to Denver, Denver sends Lawson and Faried to Sacramento and Sac sends COusins to La... Denver builds around Russell and Nurkic... but, that probably is irrelevant now that they supposedly stripped George Karl of his powers.   The Kings pick will be interesting.

PG: E.Payton
SG: Oladpio
SF: Hezonja
PF: A.Gordon
 C: Vucevic

I would've gone with Winslow over Hezonja.

with kings taking willie cauley stein at 6, perhaps that makes sense... Russell and Randle will end up in Sacramento for Cousins.   Kings build around Russell, McLemore, Stauskas, Randle and WCS

No more Woj for me. Didn't need to see that Kings pick.

If you're a slow typer, Woj lets you post your reactions in a more timely fashion so that you aren't relegated to throwing out a one-sentence hot take to get your word in before the next pick.
