These guys are set to become FAs in the 2016/2017 seasons.  Would you give up a good amount of assets to try to bring them in?  I still remember these guys winning a championship together in college. That was a really good team

Idea
Sullinger + 2 1sts for Noah
KO + 2 1sts for Horford

Then lock up each guy for x number of years

Startling lineup
Noah
Horford
?
AB

I wouldnt give up 2 1sts for Noah as he is right now. He's a liability on offense and not that dominant on defense. For Sully, Yes..but not 2 picks.  He is getting slower, and though a good passer, he cant score in the post or from the perimeter.

I really like Horford when he is playing and Noah when he is healthy but these guys are both pretty much in the Brook Lopez class in regard to injuries.  Horford is always good when he takes the court but Noah always has something lingering that holds him back even when healthy enough to play.

After we get those two, let's go after Corey brewer and Marreese Speights. We'll then sign Lee Humphreys and Taurean Green to re-unite the ol Florida Gators from the 2000s.  You can never put too much value in championship experience am I right?

Also it's worth nothing that Noah's game has dropped off in a scary way.

His statistics this season (7.2 points, 9.6 rebounds,  4.7 assists, 0.7 steals, 1.1 blocks, 44% FG, 60% FT) were atrocious compared to what we're used to from him, and it's not just the basic stats...his Defensive Real-Plus-Minus was worst than both Kelly Olynyk and Jared Sullinger.

Yes guys, Noah was REALLY bad this year.

About the only bright spot for him was his assist numbers (which are still mind blowing for an approximate 7 footer) but other than that he had 'dissapointment' written all over him.

2nd round playoff exit.

Agree with everything you said.

Also Noah doesn't have much of an offensive game, and even his offensive putbacks in the series have been off. I'm sorry but the knee surgery has really affected his athleticism, and even when Noah tries to hustle on the boards, you can tell his lift and his knees have taken a toll on him. While Noah doesn't rely on athleticism, but high IQ on defense, and pinpoint passing from the high post. The Cavs literally give him like 5 feet of space to shoot, and he doesn't take advantage of it.

Upgrading our front court will prevent all those 2nd chance points teams get off of us. Defense goes up as well but still no volume scoring. Feel well just win more games during reg season and lose playoff games by less points and be slightly more competitive but we still  have shooting deficiencies thus making a 2nd round exit like stated above

well I think both are married men but maybe after a couple of bottles of wine and some dim lighting with mood music, they might let you go as far as second base   ;D

VERY VERY far.

Both guys lead us to a championship.

For those saying both guys aren't worth trading for, is there a full moon out that I don't know about?

I mean seriously, who would you trade for?

Btw, if Noah's play has dropped off, now would be the time to make a trade for him while his value has decreased?

I would take him in a heartbeat.

Not to mention there could be some big changes in Chicago if they lose to Cleveland (like Thibodeu going elsewhere.)

Maybe Noah is playing injured?

Maybe Thibodeu has run him into the ground?

Maybe a summer off with a new coach and a new team rejuvenates him and he becomes the best center in the league?

Rather have Noah than stuck with Zeller.

Thibs is leaving even if they win it all.

PLEASE, PLEASE don't tell me Sully and KO are better than Noah!

Come on guys. We are talking about some of the best players in the league who are still in the playoffs might I add.

Maybe Noah is having a tough season. So what? A new coach and team, and he could make a major comeback.

I'd rather have that than see him make a comeback on another team while we're stuck with what we currently have.

Noah as bad as some say he is still is grabbing close to 9 boards  in the playoffs. Good at passing, scoring 10 pts a game. Just pure hustle. Still only 1986-1987 born
