Say what you will about LeBron, but he's pretty "clutch" so long as the opponent doesn't have Tony Allen or Kawhi Leonard.

Sigh.

I gotta say, the Celts played about as sensational a half as I could imagine.  So much effort and hustle.

Yet how does it end? Like the four halves before it ... with the Cavs settling things down and going on a run on the strength of their elite offensive talent.

It feels a little bit like this:

They give it their all and still end up down by three possessions.

That's not fair, that run was totally on us making stupid decisions and missing shots.

We were so good until the end of the half too.

The C's are jump shooting team that isn't effectively good at it. They have open looks but a lot of those due to poor shot selection early in the shot clock.

Bradley is 4-12 and IT is a -12 at halftime. Man, we just keep shooting ourselves in the foot over and over again.

Ahh, so it's not just me, lol. ;D

Matt Barnes did the exact same thing that Turner just did and it was not called a fragrant foul.

The refs have to be concerned that the game will get chippy and there will be worse if they don't call a flagrant.  However, if you're going to flagrantly foul Lebron, I think Turner needs to do something that has a higher probability of resulting in a concussion.
the refs gave been really good to us, let's not go there guys. we've gotten the benefit of the doubt were scrapping shoving pushing etc and they aren't calling much on us. it's our offense that will kill us we aren't getting any contribution from IT/Bradley.

I hope CBS makes some better adjustments at halftime than he did to start the game.

One thing that is apparent in this series is the Cavs are in love with the 1-3 switches whenever Thomas is in the game.

Really? So being fairly officiated is being really good to us now? lol We still have five more fouls than them!

Yup, that's been the "dirty secret" of this team all along.  They spread teams out and move the ball around, but they can't actually shoot all that well.

Even if that's true, I still don't like Thomas.  He's a me-me-me player.  A black hole, really.  Maybe we can trade him for someone/something good.

Irving has been useless. They've shot under 60% from the line. And yet they're up.

IT is 1-6. That's a problem. Bradley has taken 12 shots and made 4. That's also a problem.
