Celts are keeping in this by making it a crazy hustle fest and preventing the Cavs from ever getting set.  Typically you wouldn't expect that to work, but somehow it is.

That's just a different way of saying that the definition of a flagrant has changed in the last 10 years or so.  So yeah, I stand by what I said.
