Welp, like I said.  All it takes is a few possessions in a row where Lebron and Kyrie do their thing and suddenly the Cavs are up.

Let's see how the Celts respond.  Can they come out with the same energy and keep it close the whole way?  That would be pretty great to see.

Hahahaha do what thing? Celtics can win this game. Nothing special about this team other than the refs on their side.

What the freak is Sully doing taking these last second shots?!

Sorry, but that's not on Sully. That's on Thomas.
Agreed.

Yeah, I'm disappointed by IT's lack of assertion in this game so far.  He needs to be the guy finding ways to create his shot.  He's been a spot up guy so far.

I like blaming the refs just as anyone, but this game has been called quite evenly.

It's totally understandable that a team with the best player in the NBA is gonna get calls, but this is just insane. How are we supposed to stay in this game if we literally can't play defense and can't drive to the hoop. It's just a parade of BS calls over and over. We could beat this team at least twice in this series with even a halfway fairly called game.
not so sure. the calls seems to be evenly poor. i am surprised they didnt call fouls on celtics on a couple of lebron drives.

Don't worry ...they hear from the NBA at half time ......they ll do their best to see the Cheat a liers win

Boston, let's be real for a moment...

You got a nice little team here. Don't be so quick to ask for "star power". A lone superstar might mess up the chemistry you got going here. You just need a few more solid players or a big three like we got.

Well, yeah.

I don't think anybody here wants to trade half our rotation for Carmelo Anthony.  That's not a good team, either.

The playoffs are about how your 1, 2, 3 matchup with the other team's 1, 2, 3.  The Celtics have a pretty nice 4-10, but that's all.

Yeah, what I've seen so far is the Cavs have no discernible offensive game plan besides occasionally realizing they've got a major size or talent mismatch and attacking, while the Celtics are playing hard and moving the ball but just can't hit enough shots to build a lead.

Cleveland's starters play heavy minutes - similar to the Clippers'. LeBron and Irving basically have to play 39+ minutes against even the Celtics.

this is the best summary of the game so far i have seen.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Le Whiner will take over .....always steps up the intensity ..in final two quarters.

Hope the C's can weather the storm ....he ll try and make a big separation ...so the game won't come down to the last shot game .

Yep, can't complain at all about tonight so far. We'll see if it keeps it up in the second half, though.

Same game plan Kentucky had for Wisconsin.

I feel as if these are contradictory statements. 1) star power is bad 2) you just need three big stars like us lol

Yeah he's been quiet so far. They'll come out and try to blitz the C's.
