Cavs are going to be exhausted imo. They still have most of their starters out on the court while the Celts have their whole 2nd unit out there

Let's put Avery on Kyrie and get Thomas to guard JR on the perimeter. Kyrie is having an easy time getting past his man

James Jones always lights us up.

Kid can shoot. He and Miller are very smart following Lebron around.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Dang, this game thread might have more pages in the first quarter than a lot of our games had all year long lol
And that's a shame. We've been entertaining all year. It is playoff basketball though.

We are going to get destroyed.

We needed to be up 8-10 right now.

I'm surprised when they didn't play him more in Miami, he always seemed to be deadly from 3... at least for us, we never put a good defensive scheme against him.

IF THEY COULD PLAY LIKE THIS FOR 48 MINUTES.. WE ACTUALLY HAVE A NICE LIL CHANCE IN EVERY GAME.  ONLY THING IS 48 MINUTES IS A PRETTY LONG TIME

If it were most teams yes......but this team has too many stars who GET the star calls by the ref ......

We have to play better and contend with bias refs

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
James Jones always lights us up.

Kid can shoot. He and Miller are very smart following Lebron around.

He's a terrible off ball defender.
Stevens will attack him all night, just have to make sure that Crowder and IT can handle Kyrie & Jones in the pick and roll+dish out.
I'm surprised when they didn't play him more in Miami, he always seemed to be deadly from 3... at least for us, we never put a good defensive scheme against him.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
