Just gonna drop this off here...

...still is nice to see lots of compliments in there though.

Don't forget that the "worst division in the NBA" has 3 teams in the playoffs right now, too
It is the worst division in the NBA.  It has the worst champion, the worst 2nd place team, the 2nd worst 3rd place team, the worst 4th place team, and the 2nd worst 5th place team.  The overall win percentage is a "stellar" 39.5%.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

I skipped over what Windhorst wrote initially. I'd like to know which 2 players after the big three he has over IT4, Bradley, and Smart.
Well he said 5 of 6 and I don't think you would get much disagreement nationally that Thompson and Mozgov are better than Bradley and Smart.  You might even find people that believe Smith is as well.

When I saw this after it first came out I was really annoyed. They completely disrespected that C's team with one of the best defenses in league history.

I LOL at the people choosing LA in 5

I think it is probably James Jones and Mike Miller. Let's not forget this guy was in charge of the "Heat Index" for the last 4 years.
Probably JR and Mosgov.

The amount of love Mosgov gets is Perkins-esqe.
Neither of those two is better than Thomas. Bradley and Mozgov are probably a wash. And Smart is not our third best player ;)

yeah but he said 5 of 6 so they don't have to be better than Thomas.  And Thompson is clearly better than Smith.

Not sure what you mean by "the worst".  But record-wise, 3rd-place Brookyln had a better record than 3rd-place Miami, and equal to 3rd place Utah.  And 5th-place New York had a better record than 5th-place Minnesota.

I do agree that it's wirdt division, top-to-bottom, but I think your point is exaggerated.

Then they don't know the Celtics very well.

Smart might not be our third best offensive player but I wouldn't put anyone else over Smart, other then Bradley and IT4, as far as impact on the game.

These "experts" actually p---ed me off much less than I thought they would, unlike those arses over at Bleacher Report. Bravo, gentlemen.

Which is funny.

I was kind of buying into the hype on Mozgov myself until I watched the game we played vs Cleveland without LeBron or Kyrie.  Without seeing wide open looks on pick and rolls the guy is really useless.  He has a couple skills and they happen to be exactly what Cleveland needed, but I think Zeller is a better all around player and would've been great in Cleveland if they just held onto him and played him finally with this roster.

Glad we stole Zeller though.

We earned a lot of respect over the past 2 months, especially after we got enough quality wins that we weren't catching anyone napping anymore, but still kept winning.  It's easy and fun to dump on the "experts" but they really do notice stuff like that.

When I said the division had the 2nd worst 3rd place team, I was recognizing that Brooklyn had a better record than Miami (who was the worst 3rd place team) same thing with New York and Minnesota.  I mean I acknowledged those points.

39.5% win percentage.  That is one of the worst divisional win percentages in NBA history.  The worst is the 4 team central division from the 70-71 season in which Baltimore won the division at 42-40 and the overall division had a win percentage of just 38.4%

TP for my lack of reading comprehension.
