I admittedly went with the boldest picks I could think of. But with LA about to blow and AB's scoring potential, Exum's injury, Burke seemingly "meh" and Hanlan's size (and BC alum), why the heck not, right?

First draft. Hopefully I can look back and laugh (and not fall into a deep depression). At least I selected players in the right sport (pretty sure).

Gains maybe we should also check to see which "Russell" was drafted.  I mean do we mean Bill Russell, Russell Wilson, Russell Athletics?

Probably should have... I'm not trying to be a pain, I just wanted to make sure (for WW's sake and mine).

Stranger things have happened (though certainly not with THE walker wiggle) than for someone to make a huge kerfuffle over the #30th pick in a dynasty draft at 11 pm on a sunday night on Celticsblog  :P ;D....

Love the Hanlan pick (and your reasoning)... unfortunately I'm 99% sure he signed to play in Lithuania...  :-[

I tried to find a youtube clip of that part of the movie Glory where the soldier says "Everyday be like Kistmas!" and then the guy was like "Like what?" and Morgan Freeman said "Like Christmas"

but I couldn't find it

With the 35th pick in the 2015 draft THE Walker Wiggle selects Norman Powell. In other news, the 3rd place Bad Dream Team had to fire their entire advanced metrics department in a cost cutting move. This year manager THE Walker Wiggle just watched a couple of summer league games.

I like the pick too....but yeah....according to wiki.....On August 8, 2015, Hanlan signed a one-year deal (with the option of a second) with Lithuanian powerhouse, Žalgiris Kaunas

Oh geez, first blunder. Haha!! Oh well, he'll remind me of home, even in Lithuania.

You picked the right year for this....you can put him on the new IL list should you want to.

Also know....Zalgiris Kaunas would crush the 76ers with Sue Bird in their rotation. It's a very good place for Hanlan to spend a year as opposed to deep on the bench or in the DLeague

MMSB?s pick is late. The highest remaining NBA draft pick is Larry Nance Jr.

Thanks, that sounds like a really good option.

Good to know he landed in a solid place, too. Hopefully he makes his way back.

That depends on how Yahoo!s IL works ... i'm still not really sure since they don't have any info up about who is eligible...
