Cavs ...LeQueen loves rest ......they want to play as few games as possible.....they ll be quick and merciful do it in four catch up on energy to play the Hawks . Cav want little court time as possible to avoid injuries .  I really expect them to buzz saw through everybody in the east but Hawks.

I would love to see at least one win for the Celtics .  Fingers crossed LeBron is off his game one night.

Celtics in 7. Am i being i being optimistic sure, but why not! This team is so fun and full of fight. I will really enjoy getting to watch them play some more ball. Honestly if we can get someone like Mozgov in foul trouble then we could make things tough of them. He is the key to having a chance i think. If he is in there reeking havoc then they are very tough.

I know in my heart of hearts that the Cavs probably take this series but I love this team and the fight that they show every night. Thats all we can ask for as fans. This team wont roll over and die and thats what the cavs are about to find out!

Lets Go Celtics!!!

if I had to choose, I would say we get swept, but I would not be surprised if we pull out one game and play them tough all series.

im hoping we shock the world though  :D

Cavs sweep.

2-3 double digit losses.
1-2 close losses.

I think this is the best case scenario.    Wishful thinking to believe that we'll take a game from the full-strength Cavs.   Celtics hustle and Cavs periodic lethargy may allow us to be in one or two games in the early-mid 4th quarter.

best case scenario, we pull off 1 win, worst case scenario is we get swept. Funny scenario, LeBron last playoff game as a Cav was in Boston, let's upset him so Boston will forever haunt CLE  ;D

2 questions on the matchup:

#1 which players on our team can guard Lebron with some amount of success?
I think you have to rely on Bass and Crowder for this. I'd also see if Smart and Jerebko can do it for some funky lineup combos.

#2 can Isiah Thomas be on the floor at the same time as Kyrie?
I don't think so personally. I'd rather have a crossmatch where Thomas is on the SG and we put Smart or Bradley on Kyrie than have Thomas guard him, and even that is iffy.

Thoughts?

Keeping it Realistic, If the Celtics win a game it would be a moral victory. I'm also predicting a very chippy series, where the young, aggressive Celtics get in the face of the "anointed one" and his team of followers.

I'm predicting that the refs will be very hard on the young Celtics. The last thing the NBA refs want is Labron to be upset with them in the opening series.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a player or two receive a one game suspension in the series. Not LBJ of coarse,
I said I was being realistic.

Well for number 1. I think yes you'll see a platoon of different guys thrown at Lebron. Bass,Crowder,Turner, JJ, and even a little of Marcus. We have to do it that way.

for number 2. I think IT4 has to be out there at times when Kyrie is. As much as Kyrie can take it to IT4 on offense it goes both ways. Kyrie is not some all world defender. But I've watched a fair share of cavs games and i know sometimes they have Delavadova out there with Kyrie so would i rather see AB or Smart checking him while IT4 takes Dova? Of course. We'll see though.

Cavs in 5.

Likely. 1 win vs the cavs in the playoffs will be considered an accomplishment in my books
